Partial Home Inspection
Focused On Areas Of Concern
If you feel the overall condition of the home you are buying is good, but you just have
a few concerns about specific areas, then a partial inspection may be all you need. Perhaps you
are planning a renovation project and simply want an opinion before any work is begun, or
after the project is complete.
Most people are uncomfortable going into the attic or crawlspace. This is something we do on a regular basis, and an inspection of these areas can often uncover lingering problems.
If you know the roof needs to be replaced, why would you have it inspected? If you know the furnace is new, why would you have it inspected? Perhaps your insurance company has raised questions about the electrical or plumbing system, and they want you to have these areas looked at by a professional home inspector. Focus on the areas of most concern.
Designed To Fit Your Needs
A partial inspection focuses on your choice of one, two or three areas of the home listed below. Mix and
match to suit your needs and budget.
Roof Attic Plumbing and Fixtures Interior Heating and Cooling Systems Electrical Systems Basements, Crawl Spaces, and Foundation Exterior |
We would be more than happy to discuss your specific requirements and customize an inspection to fit your needs. For example, if you are concerned about the roof leaking, an inspection of the roof alone may not determine if a leak exists. An partial inspection of the interior walls and ceiling, and the attic would also be required.
Insurance companies often want to know about the plumbing, heating and electrical systems in a house. We can help you answer their questions by tailoring an inspection for you.
